❤ ❤ ❤ ❤
It was a rainy morning and 55 degrees. Donned my rain pants and yellow slicker and out the door I went. It was a misty kind of rain and it rained on and off all during my walk.
I had to watch where I walked in places because there were a million worms all over the place. That happens when we have lots of rain.
I didn't see anyone at all out. It was a dark and dreary morning but still I was happy to be out walking. : )
I walked 6.2 miles.
I found a nickel.
❤ ❤ ❤ ❤I wasn't looking forward to this morning because it was that time again when I had to visit the dentist. I said a little prayer that all would go well and IT DID. No problems at all. I'm set for another six months. : ) I came home with my little bag of goodies which contained a toothbrush, floss, toothpaste, and lip balm. And in case some of you are wondering, yes, I did bring them chocolate chip cookies.
Ken had his turn right after me and he too had a great check up.
It was recommended that we get a water pic water flosser so we went out and bought one. I just know I'm going to have water all over the bathroom when I try to use it tonight. This is supposed to replace regular flossing which I do EVERY day. Any one use a water pic and how do you like it?
This afternoon I baked some pumpkin bread to take along to the ladies dinner at the Herrington Manor on Friday. The recipe makes three loaves, so we have one to eat, one to freeze and one for Friday.
That's been my day so far.
A happy day to you.
happyone : )
No, my friend, I am not drunk.
It is that I have been to the dentist and I need not go again for six months.
It is a beautiful thought.
