A lot of the paths run down the back of yards and I think how nice it would be to live right on a path. I could step right out my door and be on a path already. Then I wonder how many people live there and have never walked along the path. When I first moved here I was walking down a path and it seemed to go on a long way and I was wondering where I would wind up when I got to the end. There was a guy walking his dog and I asked him where the path came out. His answer was, "I have no idea, I've never walked to the end." To live right on the path and not know where it came out totally amazed me.
I love having so many different paths and routes to walk along. It certainly never gets boring!! I love finding new paths though it is getting harder to find them now. I've pretty much covered the whole area where I live. I could get in the car and discover new areas, but it is so convenient just walking out the door.
I walked passed the liquor store and was rewarded to find two pennies. So far this month has been a low coin one. Only a few pennies so far, but who knows, the second half of the month just might be my biggest find yet!
I walked 6 miles.

We were out and about during the day doing errands. Stopped at Subway for lunch. I had a turkey sub with cheddar, spinach, tomatoes and a little mayo and vinegar. It sure hit the spot for me.Home now just hanging out doing this and that.
Hope all is well in your part of the world.
Till next time.......
A smile from me to you.

In England in the villages, often people's front doors open straight onto the pavement or even a lane. It can be a bit dangerous but looks pretty.
My house opens practically onto the lane. =) No, it opens practically onto the road, but it's a quiet road and when the mud, puddles, and ice are gone, I hope to start walking.
Your photo shows such a beautiful clear bright morning which would make you feel like getting out and walking. We are just hanging out today after a long trip to Yorkshire yesterday. Enjoy your weekend.
Even if you have walked on about all of the local paths, you could "begin again" and have loads, which you had not seen, in a while.
You are so lucky to have all these walking paths, where you live. We have some, but we'd have to drive and park the car and use them. Which we plan on doing, when it's not so cold.
Yup, I'm still a wimp. -grin- But if you keep right on walking, you won't be a wimp, when you get to my advanced age. Just look at some of your older walking friends. :-) Just gotta' keep doing it. And you love it so much, that you will.

There is a walking path at the back of my yard. I love it especially in the summer as I can take a shady walk. It isn't real long, but nice to see people's back gardens as I walk along.
Your Subway sandwich does sound good.
