Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Snow

Just a quick post to show how much snow we got overnight. This is 7:30 this morning and the snow is supposed to continue all day!!
As you can see there is no way for me to walk.
The orange that you see by the telephone pole is a barrel in the road! No way can we get out of our street!!I'll be back later.

That's a lot of snow! I certainly hope you don't get much more. I also hope you stay safe and don't lose your electricity.

Sounds like a good day to stitch, or cook, or read, or play with the Wii! It is beautiful though.

Have a Wonderful Saturday!!

You really got a lot of snow. We were all ready for snow but we did not get anything, not even one snowflake in North Jersey. Good day for you and Kenny to do your fireplace project.

Wow, that is a lot of snow. It looks so pretty in your pictures. The snow we got last Saturday is all gone now. We had rain all day yesterday.
I hope you don't have to go anywhere for awhile. Looks like the kind of day to stay home and keep warm.
