Each morning when I open my eyes I say to myself;
I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today.
I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn’t arrived yet.
I have just one day, today, and I’m going to be happy in it.
~Groucho Marx

This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

Our Father

who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come,
Thy will be done in earth,
As it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
As we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil;
For thine is the kingdom,
And the power, and the glory forever,

Mathew 6:9-13

May you have a blessed Sunday.
Karen :-)

  1. Amen.

  2. I said the "Our Father" last night over and over because I couldn't fall to sleep, and it calmed me and I finally drifted off. Prayer helps in many situatons! :-)

  3. Amen.So powerful, every time you read it.
