Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Another Day to be Thankful for

Another delightful morning for a walk.
50 degrees with a mix of sun and clouds and it was calm.
Enjoyed driving to town in a nice clean vehicle.

Walked around both cemeteries to start.

The geese flying over the cemetery up the hill.

From there I continued over to the industrial park.
I walk past where David works and sometimes I see him
if the big garage door is open.
Not today though.

From there I walked back to town, around the ball park,
the new road, and back to the pond.

They were just about to start paving the laundromat and car wash
parking log as I passed by.

Didn't see any others out walking.

🙂    🥾    🌤

Ken thanks you for all the birthday wishes.
He did like the cheese cake!!

Did the usual housework in the morning and that left
the afternoon for fun.
Went outside and walked around Happy Trails again.

After walking around I came inside and had a BIG glass of water.
Then did a little reading and knitting which I always like to
do in the afternoon before getting supper started.

Hope you enjoyed your Wednesday and thanks much for stopping by.

Hi Karen. I love your little red Jeep. What model is it? I know that you like driving red cars! Yes, there is always something in every day to be thankful for. I got my weekly cleaning finished this morning too. Hope you have a good Thursday. See you then!
P.S. I got a frame for the diamond art birthday card you sent me. It is lovely. I have framed it and I am now looking for a very special place to put it!
