More thunderstorms overnight bringing LOTS of rain.
This morning when I walked it was just cloudy.
The temperature was 65 and a bit windy.
Walked first around the cemeteries.
Someone left a Good Morning message on the mirror where I usually do.
Nice to see others doing it too.
I'm pretty sure it was John.
The bulls are back once again in the pasture by the Drain house.
They looked comfortable there among the cow parsley.
The little stream behind the ball park where I walked next was
pretty full and muddy.
Walked some more around town and finally back to the pond.
Farmer Marvin was driving up the road to the cemetery on
his was to the long barn and I stopped him.
It was his birthday on Sunday and I wanted to wish him a
Belated Happy Birthday.🎂
He told me that another one of the bulls have been sold.
The bull will be picked up next week and taken to Waco, Texas.
Rebecca was also out walking this morning.

Todays my project was getting the spice draw straightened up.
This is the spice bottles and labels.
24 bottles
Spice drawer before.
Drawer with the new bottles filled.
I could use a few more bottles.
Besides doing that I finished up most of this weeks house cleaning,
knitted and read too.

I learned something about one of the bulls in your picture from when you talked with Farmer Marvin. It showed up as it being a bit pink, but I'm guessing it was just the lighting that made it look pink rather than white. Anyway, I showed it to Carroll, and he said that the breed's name is White Parks. Interesting.
Wow! Look at that spice drawer! My drawback in doing that is I only have one wide and long drawer like that and it's where I keep my cooking utensils that I don't use every day. But your drawer surely is beautiful! I'll have to think on this some more. :) xx

I like the organized look of your spice drawer. What a good idea choosing spice bottles with square sides so they fit together neatly. You have more than 24 different spices!!

The drawer looks so much better. And I like the pretty checkered lining. Now you need to put them in alphabetical order. I have about the same number of spices that you do, but keep them in a lasagna pan in a drawer.

I love the newly organized spice drawer. It will be quick and easy to find what you want. My spices are standing up in a clear organizer drawer but I have to look and look to find what I need.
