Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Already!?

A mix of sun and clouds, and 55 degrees when I went walking this morning.

Walked straight through town down the main road and
to the industrial park and walked around in there.
Then back through town and around one of the cemeteries.

Hard to believe that a few of the trees around here
have started turning colors.
Just a few of them but it has started already.

Another quiet morning around town and
didn't see any one else out.

😊    🌤️    🥾

We drove down to LaVale this morning and did our
food shopping at Walmart.

I got another strip sewn on the baby blanket.

Sat out on the porch and watched Mama Deer and baby
wander about.

Thanks for stopping by.
Hope you enjoyed your Wednesdaoy.

Ginny - Sorry I forgot to answer your question about the cemeteries yesterday. There are actually 3 cemeteries in town.  The little one where they are going to build the new houses is the first and old cemetery for St Paul's church in town.  The lower cemetery is the newer one.  The cemetery up the hill is the one for the church in town by the pond.

Thanks for your answer. The sky is really something! Stripes and crosses look like recent jet trails. NONE of our trees look like this, and we don't live that far away from you! Pretty flowers; Buttercups? Ginny

Strange clouds which I see that Tom has identified as cirrus. Thanks, Tom.
