Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Walmat on Monday

A mix of sun and clouds this morning when I walked, no wind and 45 degrees.
Sunrise 6:13

Walked around one of the cemeteries first and then to the ball park and around the loop.

The chickens were in one corner of the yard and close to the path so got to take a close up picture this time..

Continued walking all over town and around the cemetery on the hill last.

Rebecca was out walking Leo.

I spotted this bird house across from the pond in a yard.
Think it is for owls but not sure.

Once in a while I see this this tiny smart car around town.

After breakfast I got the sheets hung out on the line and then we left for Walmart.
We usually go on Tuesday but needed milk so we just went a day early and got everything.
Things still getting moved around and new shelving putting in.
It is a bit annoying but the new self check out section is really nice.
Lots of room for bagging.

Home for lunch and I was going to work outside but it was so windy again that I didn't bother and stayed in the house and read.

Well, that's going to be it for this post.
Hope you. had a happy day and thanks for stopping by.

What a beautiful sunrise. Nice to see the chickens, I've seen one of those tiny cars here too.

I don't think I would like driving in that little car. I wouldn't feel safe in it.

I like the tiny car, but probably wouldn't drive it. However, I bet it's good on gas.
Beautiful sunrise!

There was a time when those smart cars were really popular, but now not so much

Love all the different chickens.

We have a lot of those one seater commuting cars. If they'd only make golf carts street legal, that's what I'd like!
