On my walk this morning it was 47 degrees and sunny.
First walked around both of the cemeteries.
Continued through town, up and down some side streets and
over to the ball park and walked that loop
a couple of times.
Then it was back to the parking lot at the pond and the end of my walk.
The herd bulls are all gone from the pasture by the Drane house
to mingle with the cows.
I will miss seeing them but they will be back.
No one else out walking.
😊 🥾 ☀️
It was another day of doing Fingerprints at church so we left
right after breakfast.
Just a few of us working today but still we managed to get
10,200 Romans books, put together, stapled, cut, and boxed up
during these 2 work days.
There was a Teen Appreciation Dinner at church this evening
at 6:00 in the activity center.
We couldn't see going back home after Fingerprints just to turn around
and drive to church again (22 miles one way) so we went
to the library in Oakland and spent time there.
They always have a jigsaw puzzle out for anyone to work on
so I did that for a while.
Then read 3 magazines and finally found 3 books I'd like to
read and checked them out.
The librarian at the desk checking out our books said to me,
Aren't you Karen, the walker around Accident?
I said yes, that would be me.
The Teen dinner at church was very nice.
We played some games,
ate, and laughed a lot.
Some of the teens were given awards for various things.
Pastor gave a touching message
about having convictions and sticking to them and being
a light in the world of darkness.
So glad we attended to support our teens.
They are our future.
Posting a bit late today because we just got home.
Nice to be here and finally sit in our chairs and relax.
That's where I'm going now.
Will visit all your blogs tomorrow.
Hope you had a wonderful day.
Thanks for stopping by.
HappyK🙂
