Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Winter came back

Well this morning I sure had a surprise during my morning walk.
When I got to town the sky looked like this.
Just lots of clouds and it was 33 degrees.

Walked around both of the cemeteries and when I got the ball park and was walking around there, I was met with this.
Huge snowflakes and it wasn't long before I became a walking snowman.

I couldn't help but laugh as I walked along amongst all these snowflakes.

Continued walking all around town up and down the main road and the side streets.

By the time I got done walking there were just a few snow flakes fluttering around.

😊    ☁️    ☃️    😊

By lunch time the sun was out and the snow was gone but it did stay cold.

Starting the week off as usual by washing sheets and getting a start on this weeks house cleaning and got most everything done.
Got a very good start and got most everything done.

Finished another diamond art card.
Here are the two latest.
I've made 10 and 2 and only 2 more to do.

I also finished knitting the cable stitch pillow.
Now I have to sew it up and fill it with fiberfill.

That's all I have for todays post.
Hope your Monday was a happy one
Thanks for visiting.
HappyK 😊

You got a lot more snow than we did. We did see some snowflake and they were huge, but it was 37 degrees and none of it stuck.
The cards are beautiful, Karen.

Wow, you really got the snow. We had a few snowflakes here and there but nothing like that. It was cold though and still is only at 37. Those cards are really pretty.

We had a few snowflakes yesterday, but none today. It's so cold though! Tomorrow should be better.
I like your cards.

I am so surprised that you are still having snow; from the sound of it you were, too. I've never seen diamond art cards, looks very interesting :)

...the same here, but it was short lived! Be patient.

I love your photos and diamond art cards. We had weather in the 30s here in Montreal today but the temperatures will gradually rise this week.
