Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Sunday

Happy Sunday

I just got back from an afternoon walk in the sunshine.
Woke up late because of the time change and didn't have time to walk before church.

🙂    🥾    🌤

 John 10:25-30

25 Jesus answered them,
I told you, and ye believed not:
the works that I do in my Father's name,
they bear witness of me.

26 But ye believe not,
because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.

27 My sheep hear my voice,
and I know them, and they follow me:

28 And I give unto them eternal life;
and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

29 My Father, which gave them me,
is greater than all;
and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.

30 I and my Father are one.

A Blessed Sunday to you.
Happyk🙂

Hurrah, you made it to church! I bet this day of the year is when the most people are absent.

Here in the UK we do not change our clocks until the 28/29 March weekend.

That is a beautiful photograph.

All the best Jan

A great passage. And it's nice to walk in the sun after so many cold winter days.

HI Karen! Love the scripture! We don't feel the time change much. We just get up at the same time as before until we get used to it. I love the lighter evenings for walking after dinner. xo
