A little warmer this morning at 5 degrees but still too cold for walking in town.
So back down to the basement.

Typical Monday, getting sheets washed 🧺 and starting on the weeks housework.
Trying to get David's Bronco picked up and towed has been quite an ordeal.
Somehow the original towing work order got cancelled.
It's still sitting there waiting to get picked up.
David keeps getting texts giving him later times when they will get here.
He's at work and the Bronco is at the bottom of our driveway off to the side.
The time for pick up is now is 5:30.
The dealership uses road assistance for their towing and the people David had to deal with weren't even in the country!! and could barley speak English.
We took the puzzle apart and have started another one. 🧩
We've done all our new ones so this is one we've done a few times already.
Will take a picture when we get a little more done.
I'm not holding my breath but I think I might be walking in town tomorrow morning.
Supposed to warm up to 20 degrees.
If it does and it doesn't snow again I'll be out there.🙂
So nice to see the sun shining.
Made it look deceptively warm out.

Crazy about the Bronco! I hope it's soon picked up.
It was in the 20's here today, a big improvement. However, a winter storm is here so it's still not so nice.

I have a few thus far not opened or completed jigsaw puzzles and the reason I haven't yet opened them is because I need to purchase a table in which to do them.
I don't have or need a dining room table as I live alone, and the small table I have has my television on it.
I want to get a folding table that is big enough to do at least a 500 piece puzzle, up to 1000 pieces.
Inl have a few Ravensburger puzzles of 500 pieces, an excellent quality puzzle that I got brand new for only 5.00 😀

Wasn't the sunshine gorgeous today? Fourth day in the row. I imagine at least part of the day will be overcast because we are supposed to get snow tomorrow afternoon. It was in the upper 20s here today...it was a heat wave! 🙂
I'm so sorry that David's Bronco pick up for towing has been such an ordeal.
Enjoy your next puzzle. I think we will probably start one at some point this week. There's more snow in the forecast for Friday/Saturday and super cold again so it will be a good time to start one.
Sorry to hear about the Bronco! Situations like this are always frustrating.
How frustrating about the Bronco, not only that they haven't picked it up yet but that the people you call aren't even in the U.S.
...I have had AAA coverage since the '90s and have been happy with towing service. It was 3 F this morning and warmed up to 23 F by late afternoon, quite a heat wave. Be warm and well and watch out for the ice.
Hi Karen. Wow, that is so frustrating about the Bronco. They are great vehicles. We almost bought one in 2024, but then decided to get another Honda CRV. I am wondering how big your basement is if you can get all your steps in walking around it. I hope your week is a good one and that you guys get some warmer temps soon.
I hope you're able to get out to walk. It must get boring to walk around in the basement. Do you put on music?
