Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

A foggy morning

It was a foggy walk around town this morning.
The temperature was 38 degrees and it was calm.
Sunrise 7:03

Once again had a nice walk all around town up and down most of the side streets.
The side walks are now clear so I got to walk up the main road through town.

Went around the ball park loop and the cemetery up the hill.
Happy to say I also can now walk around the lower cemetery too. 😊

Here comes KitKat over to see me.

Pretty quiet around town again and didn't see anyone else out yet.

🌫    🐈    🥾    😊

After breakfast I was off to church for a morning of Blankets.
We make baby blankets and blankets and pillows for seniors.
Only 8 of us there this morning but always nice to get together with the ladies.
I worked on making weave-it squares for a pillow.
Marilyn liked the blanket! 🙂

A warm day in the 50's with some drizzly rain so most all of the snow is gone.
Only the big snow piles in parking lots are left.

Did a couple of house chores this afternoon and then read a while and knitted too.

Tonights supper is shrimp and fried rice, another one of my favorites.

Hope your Thursday was a great one and thanks for coming by.

Debbie - Thanks for the book recommendation.  I've put it on reserve at the library.

It certainly was a foggy morning. Your first picture is absolutely gorgeous with the sun appearing to clear away all of that beautiful fog.

I knew Marilyn would like the blanket! it's so pretty.

Supper sounds delicious! We had grilled salmon, sweet potato oven fries and a salad.
