Happy Sunday
Church on the train layout
The Zig Zag Path
We climbed the height by the zig zag path,
And wondered why; Until!
We understood it was made zig zag,
To break the force of the hill.
A road straight up would prove too steep,
For the traveler's feet to tread.
The thought was kind in its wise design,
Of a zig zag path instead.
It is often so in our daily life;
We fail to understand,
That the twisting way our feet must tread
By His love alone was planned.
So, murmur not at the winding way;
It is our Father's will,
To lead us Home by the zig zag path,
To break the force of the hill...

Job 23:10
But he knoweth the way that I take:
when he hath tried me,
I shall come forth as gold.
🙂 God Bless you as you travel your zig zag road in life. 🙂
Thanks for stopping by.

Beautiful post, dear Karen. ❤️ Thank you 😊 🙏 for sharing.
Yes my road is a zig zag one for sure. Janice
...a straight line or path can be boring! I love Ken's little church.
Lord knows, my zig zag road and He still loves me!
Wow, I love this poem!! And the church even has a pastor and pulpit. That plus the realistic trees makes it look actually like the real thing.
This is such a beautiful post. Thank you.
I love the little church.
The poem is so good, perfect verse with it.
