At 9 degrees this morning it was just a little bit too cold for me to go walking.
Slippery in town also.
Got part of my steps inside with loops around the basement.
Ken had some work to do at church today and I went along to help.
I did what I could to help and then let him work and I went in the activity center and walked laps around there.
Once around the perimeter is 175 steps.
I got in 5,000 steps there. 🥾
We were back home at lunchtime.
I read 📚 and knitted 🧶 this afternoon and now it's time to get the pizza 🍕made and in the oven.

I had a bit of trouble coming up with a Q word for this week.
The best I could come up with is Q is for QUARTZ. I know, pretty lame.
My kitchen counter tops are Quartz and I am very happy with them.
At first I wanted Corian because that's what I had in the last 3 houses I've lived.
Picking out counters for this house I liked the Quartz colors better so went with that.
Well now that I have the Quarts I like it a lot.
Easy to clean and love them for rolling out dough.
That's been my Friday so far and it's been another good day.

I use the gym in our church for walking laps sometimes too. It works well!
