Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Bedford

44 degrees this morning when I walked.
It was dark to start and then mostly cloudy with a little sun.
Sunrise 7:35

Walked through town to the DG Market where I turned around
and went back through town.
Kept going towards home a ways and then once
again back to town.

Once around the lower cemetery.

Now with the corn cut down I can see the barn again
from the cemetery.

Then up the hill to the other cemetery and around there a
couple of times.

Again this morning it was very quiet and didn't see anyone else.

🍁    🎃    🍂    🌥

9:30 this morning we left for Bedford, Pa.
Here we are all ready to start out.

We had a good weather for the ride to Bedford.
It's a nice route mostly on a back road.

After getting there and unloading the trailer,
it was loaded again with more scriptures to put together.
Loading went very easy because they now have a fork lift
and everything got loaded in the trailer with that.
Sure makes things a lot faster and great for our backs.

In another part of the building a man is putting Spanish Bibles together.
This whole room is nothing but Bibles.
They will be given to missionaries who in turn pass them out.
This bunch I'm pretty sure will be going to Mexico and South America.

We left for home and as usual stopped at Wendy's for lunch
and had spicy chicken sandwiches.

Then it was back home again.
We thank God for a safe trip there and back.

That pretty much took up the day.
A little knitting this afternoon and we will soon be eating supper
and then it's off to church.

Thanks for stopping by.
Hope your day was terrific.

Great photos. I noticed the one corn field I pass every day has all been cut down. Easier to spot deer now.

That forklift must cut so much time and effort off! My favorite is your first photo with the beautiful trees and leaves on the ground!
