37 degrees for walking this morning, clear, and with a little breeze.
Sunrise 7:40
Another dark walk and no one else was out and about that I saw.
Walked through town with a stop at the library to put
a DVD down the slot.
Then continued to the DG Market, turned around, back through town.
By that time it was light enough to walk around the ball park
and around both of the cemeteries.
There were lots of geese flying overhead but though I tried
couldn't get a decent picture.
🍁 🎃 🍂 🥾
As usual this Monday got the sheets washed and out on the line to dry.
Did another load of laundry too.
Ken asked if I would bake some sugar cookies so I did that this morning.
Even made icing.
Though I usually clean in the morning, did that this afternoon.
Forgot to post this from Saturday.
Debbie, one of the stitching ladies at the library made this
granny square table runner.
She used a light weight yarn so the squares lay nice and flat.
Took a picture to show you because I thought it was so pretty.
Had a busy day baking and cleaning so it was nice later this
afternoon to sit in my chair and get a little reading and knitting done.
Thanks for stopping by.
Hope you enjoyed your day.

Debby - Yes, we get beautiful sunsets here from my front porch. Once all the leaves are gone it is better sunset viewing.

...this cookie monster thinks that they look might good.
My mom used to crochet the granny squares. I have noticed that granny-square vests are popular among teenage girls in some stores.
You'll have to get a sunset photo once the leaves fall off.
Sounds like very good day! The cookies are pretty and I bet Ken is happy. That runner is pretty.
Oh, your cookies! Looking so yummy, but too pretty to eat!
The cookies look so good. I like that crocheted table runner.
