Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Another Monday

50 degrees this morning when I walked and sunny after
the sun came over the mountain.
A lovely morning for a walk.
Sunrise 7:18
Sunset 6:51

Walked up and down the streets in town under the street lights
while it was still dark.
Once it was light enough I walked around one of the cemeteries.
Then over to the ball park and walked that loop a couple times.
Continued back to the pond and around the upper cemetery.

Kerry was out walking again.
She has become one of the regulars.

Said good morning to Ashley.
She parks in the parking lot by the pond and walks the block
over to the doctors office.
She is the receptionist there.

🍁    🎃    🍂    ☀️

Beautiful sunny day and perfect for washing sheets day
and hanging them outside on the line.
Did one other load too.

Some other house chores got done too this morning
Then the afternoon was time for fun stuff.

Sitting on porch
Reading
Knitting
Walking around out back.

That's all I have for this post.
Thanks so much for stopping by
and another THANKS to all who leave comments.

There’s just something about clothing on the line drying that I think it so nice.

An afternoon spent sitting on the porch reading, knitting and walking around sounds lovely.

Hi Karen. I love all the fall leaves in this picture. Looks like you had a beautiful fall day in your area. Is that your mailbox? I love the scripture at the end.

It looks like a lovely day and nothing like fresh clothes dried on the line.
