Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

This morning I was at town at 6:20 to start my walk.
Pretty dark yet so started walking down the main street in town
where there are street lights.
It was clear, a slight breeze and 60 degrees.
Sunrise 7:03
Once the sun was up there was a mix of sun and clouds.

Walked right through town and out the other end.
Then straight down the road to the curve in the road.

Turned around at the farm driveway and went back to town.

Continued to the ball park and around there a couple of times.

Back to the pond where my walk ended.

Pretty quite around town early this morning.
At the end of my walk I saw Rebecca walking Leo
and Lena was walking too.

🌤    🥾    🍁    🍂

Saturday morning finds me at the library for a morning of stitching
with the ladies.
Only 4 us of there this time.
Mikie gave us a new pattern for another blanket.
Pretty but involves a lot of counting stitches.
I'll have to concentrate when knitting this pattern and not do
anything else!! 🙂

Another nice sunny afternoon for sitting on the porch and reading.

I ordered a Diamond Art kit for making some Christmas ornaments
and it came in the mail yesterday.
Should be fun.
Have too many other projects going on right now so
waiting till November before making them.
If I can wait that long!!

We didn't make pizza last night for supper so will make it for
supper today.
The dough is just about done rising so it won't be long to wait.

Sure hope you had happy sunny day.
Thanks for stopping by.

I love Mother Teresa's quote, Karen! Lovely photos of your walk! I don't knit or crochet, I don't have the talent for this...or drawing or painting, but I enjoy seeing the creations of those who do!
I hope you are having a great weekend, it looks like you are off to a great start!

It's good to see the leaves! Ours are just starting to change here in the South.
