Happy Sunday

 

I John 4:8

He that loveth not knoweth not God:

for God is love

What can separate us from the love of God?

Nothing on earth, beneath or above.

What greater love has this world seen?

None greater than from Jesus, the Nazarene.

To say that you love God, and say it true,

Is indeed an honorable goal for me and you.

But, to say you love God, and not walk it too,

Can cause your neighbor to stumble, that's also true!

Little ones that listen to your every word,

Will mold their lives from what they've heard.

So always take care in what you say and do,

Remember, that it was Jesus who first loved you.

And, be not like the Pharisees, in days of old,

Who were religious, but with hearts, oh, so cold.

Romans 8:38-39

 For I am persuaded, 

that neither death, 

nor life, 

nor angels, 

nor principalities, 

nor powers, 

nor things present,

 nor things to come,

 Nor height, 

nor depth, 

nor any other creature, 

shall be able to separate us from the love of God, 

which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
