Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Walk and Work

44 degrees this morning and cloudy, but no rain when I walked.
First walked up the hill and around the cemetery.
Then over to the long barn,

and said good morning to the cows that are still in the barn.
They were enjoying their breakfast.

This is down at the other end of the barn.

Back down the hill and passing by the pond I saw that another
Canadian geese family has joined the other family.
A smaller family with 4 little ones.

Then I walked around the other cemetery,
down the main road towards home and on the way back
turned up and walked a ways up Sale Barn Rd.
Once back to town I walked around the lower cemetery one more time
and that ended my walk.

Pretty quiet around town and didn't see anyone else around.

☁️    🙂    ☁️

We left for church right after breakfast for another work day
doing Fingerprints.
We got there a little before 9 and worked till 2:00.
14 people showed up today and for the two work days we
got 7,310 Roman's books put together, stapled, cut, and boxed up.

We didn't make pizza for supper tonight because we had pizza
yesterday at church.
We had left over roasted sausage and vegetables tonight.
I have a feeling we will be having our homemade pizza tomorrow.

It's been another good day.
Hope you enjoyed your Friday as well.
Thanks for visiting.

You always have a good turnout and get a lot of the little Romans books finished. Do you have a lot of retirees in your church congregation? Is it mostly retirees who come and help with the little books? I love that scripture at the end. I hope you and Ken have a great weekend! See you again tomorrow!

Those little geese sure grow fast. It's fun to see them. You and the workers did well as usual!

Dont know if the cows were saying hello or mad that you interrupted their feed time. Janice
