More rain overnight but it stopped when I walked
around town and was just cloudy.
It was 50 degrees and windy.
Found a dime.
Walked around the lower cemetery first.
Continued walking all around town and made it over to the
ball park loop and walked around there a couple of times.
Thomas was running his laps around the loop.
The stream is pretty muddy after the rain.
The path behind the ball park looks so pretty all in green.
From there I walked around town some more and then over
to the cemetery on the hill.
Spotted this gargoyle sitting on top of a fence as I walked past.
It felt like rain the whole time but never did till I got back home.
☁️ 💰 😀
Saturday morning, so went back to town after breakfast to meet
the ladies for another session of Needleworks.
There were 6 of us there this time.
I made some weave-it squares,
just 14 more to go before I finished the current baby blanket.
I'm going to start a throw blanket for a friend using thicker yarn.
I don't have a size 13 circular needle so Mickie brought
one of hers for me to use.
I'm hoping the yarn comes on Monday.
Read and knitted this afternoon like I do most afternoons if I'm home.
We had short periods of rain and sun all day.
Didn't know one moment to the next what the weather would be!!!
We had chicken burritos for supper today.
We put in the left over Spicy Chicken, lettuce, cheddar cheese
and Zesty Italian salad dressing.
Yummy, it sure was good.
Hope you had a great Saturday and
thanks for stopping by.

I absolutely love the stream and I love the green! So nice you found a dime!
I love ther gargoyle! I used to go to a knitting/crocheting group before the pandemic. It didn't start back up and I haven't found another group... I miss it.
...we are bad in mud season.
That wooded path is so pretty and inviting!
I like the way you used the leftover chicken and made a new meal from it.
Love how green that path is.
It looked like it was going to rain all day here but it never did. It was cold though
It is so odd to see a Gargoyle on a fence like this! This path is so verdant and green! Inviting.
Have you noticed the gargoyle there before or is it new? I find them ugly but intriguing.
Sounds like a relaxing day. I don't know what we would do if we wouldn't have rain at least once a day anymore.🌧️. Hope you will post a picture of the baby blanket when it's finished.
We have had some much needed rain here, the trails are muddy.
Love the gargoyle. Your dinner sounds yummy. Take care, have a wonderful week.
All the lush shades of green are so nice in spring. The stream is not too inviting with all the mud. It sure looks full. Have a wonderful Sunday with the 'saints'.
The eastern U.S., including where you live, sure is getting a lot of rain this spring. We have had some rain, but the past week has been very warm and dry. We are hoping for more rain next week. We need it. Your dinners always sound so delicious. Have a happy Sunday! I know you will! See you again soon!
I like the gargoyle peering over the fence.
The gargoyle is pretty cool, nice find.
Our rainy season is over so no significant rain till November. That must have been some hard rain to make the creek so muddy.
