Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Sunday

Walked outside in town this morning!!🙂

🎶 When I Survey The Wondrous Cross 🎶
Issac Watts

1. When I survey the wondrous cross
on which the Prince of glory died,
my richest gain I count but loss,
and pour contempt on all my pride.

2. Forbid it, Lord, that I should boast
save in the death of Christ, my God!
All the vain things that charm me most,
I sacrifice them through his blood.

3. See, from his head, his hands, his feet,
sorrow and love flow mingled down.
Did e'er such love and sorrow meet,
or thorns compose so rich a crown?

4. Were the whole realm of nature mine,
that were a present far too small.
Love so amazing, so divine,
demands my soul, my life, my all.

📖 I Corinthians 1:18 📖

 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness;
but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.

A Blessed Sunday to all.

Such beautiful views on your morning walk! The one from your deck isn't bad either! It is still snowy where I live too. We just had to shovel our backyard so that we could have a new gate latch installed on our fence. We are about ready for warmer weather. Hope you have a great week!
