Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Saturday

Time to turn the page on the calendar for the new month of February.
Picture and Bible verse for this month.

Proverbs 18:10
The name of the LORD is a strong tower:
the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.

The picture is the Sea Caves on Lake Superior, Munising, Michigan

Lower temperatures during the night with a dusting of snow.
Drove to town and parked at the pond.
Stepped out of the car and walked a bit.
Some places wet, some icy, hard to tell where so decided to skip
walking in town and went home.

Needleworks at the library this morning.
5 of us there this time.
I made a few squares while others knitted and embroidered.

The sun came out in the afternoon and it was nice out.
Had planned on walking this afternoon but never got around to it.
It is just not the same anyway walking any time other than morning.

Ended up working on the latest puzzle.
The half hour that I planned to work on it turned into 2 hours!!

That's all I have for today.
Hope you enjoyed your Saturday.
Thanks once again for stopping by.

That weather? the puzzle is the best idea.. I don't have a lot of patience for puzzles, but we have worked a few. My girl likes to work them methinks.
Wishing you the best

Your calendar is beautiful, Karen. Is that from your church or did you order it?

Have you ever been to those caves? I wonder if the tide comes into them.
