Warmer today at 44 degrees, but this morning I had a rainy
walk and it was foggy by the time I got home.
Was at town and walking at 6:45.
Sunrise 7:14
more around town and the upper cemetery.
Stayed away from the other cemetery because it was very soggy.
As you can imagine it was a quiet early Saturday morning in town
and I didn't see anyone else.
No sign of any people moving into the new house in town yet.

Had my hands full going to the library for the stitching group this morning.
A bag of 3 DVD's and 2 books to return.
Basket of knitting.
Welsh Cookies
and a bag of three jigsaw puzzles.
Everyone liked the cookies.
Glad I brought copies of the recipe along with me.
Jalene took the puzzles for her dad who loves doing them and who will
be 100 years old this August!!
Jalene also took a couple of cookies to bring home to Farmer Marvin,
Mikey gave us all another knitting pattern for a blanket.
When I get done with the two blankets I'm knitting on now,
I'll start on this new one.
There were 5 of us there.
This afternoon I read, knitted,
and counted and put rubber bands around the rest of the gospel tracts.
Took some frozen vegetable soup out of the freezer that I had made before
and that will be supper.
That's all I've got for today.
Thanks for stopping by.
Happy Saturday.

The sweet little white church looks like something from Norman Rockwell, or on a calendar. Is that your church?
Goodness! Yes, it does look rather wet in your photographs!
Always handy to have some frozen vegetable soup in the freezer ... enjoy your supper.
All the best Jan
I was wondering the same as Ginny, if that's your church in the first picture.
...I love the image of the church!
I always love photos when it's misty and foggy out.
The church in the first photo is so charming! I think maybe you've shown it before and said it isn't your church? But I could be remembering wrong!
Some vegetable soup sounds good!
Hi Karen. It was a rainy day here as well - windy, cold and rainy. More snow in the mountains. It's nice that you are sharing some of your puzzles with that older man. Your vegetable soup sounds delicious! I hope you have a good Sunday. See you then!
Great photos and landscapes. We had a rainy Saturday, it is good we needed more rain. It is nice you could donate your puzzles. Happy Sunday, enjoy your day and have a great new week!
That first picture reminds me of a quaint Vermont town. Soup on a rainy damp day is always good. Am planning on making a pork loin with fixins today. Janice
How kind of you to take cookies AND the recipe along to the stitching Group.
We had soup for supper too. Broccoli/vegetable and Barley. I put in whatever I had in the fridge :)
Sounds like a good day to me. It sure looks wet in the picture. We had a rainy day here yesterday and now today is cold and very windy! Been missing you.
That church stands out.
