We had some snow over night and it was still snowing when I got up.
It stopped about 8:00 and this is out my front door.
I had breakfast and did my usual morning house chores.
Then read a while before lunch.
It was after lunch, I decided to go for my walk.
🌤
It was 34 degrees by that time with a mix of sun clouds.
A bit of a breeze too.
The roads were plowed and some were even dry already.
Driving to town.
I brought my snow boots along with me incase I needed them
but my regular walking shoes were fine.
The one cemetery was too soggy to walk around but the one up the hill was fine.
Went down by the Drane House.
On the way over to the ball park I took a layer off and threw it in the Jeep.
Walked around the ball park and through town.
Stopped by the Jeep again and picked up a couple of books and a
DVD and went to the library.
I could go inside and drop them off this time because it was open.
Stayed a short while and talked to Connie.
Also picked up some books and a couple of DVD's that were there for Ken.
Connie gave me a bag to make carrying them easier.
Once again back to the Jeep to drop off the books and then
walked a bit more around town.

Todays measuring spoons are Tupperware and go with the orange
measuring cups from last week.
Got them both at the same time.
The 1 1/2 teaspoon one come in handy.
Time to go get supper ready.
Simple today - hot ham and cheese sandwiches on rye bread.
Thanks for stopping by.
Make your Tuesday a good one.

That looks a lot of snow, it was good that the roads were cleared quite quickly.
All the best Jan
...your winter wonderland looks great!
Your supper sounds really good. I'm making a roast for us tonight. I wish I had this set! I have a half tablespoon, but not a half teaspoon. I think you must be the healthiest person around, with all the walking you do, and how dedicated you are. Do you take any meds?
You had considerably more snow than we did. I'm glad you were able to get out and walk this afternoon. I like your orange measuring spoons.
It looks pretty there! I especially like the blue sky and snow picture.
I would like a 1 1/2 teaspoon measuring spoon!
The snow looked pretty. I had to drive home in it this afternoon. At times driving around the lake was almost a white out. Not fun. Janice
It looks so pretty. I love snow and how it makes everything look so beautiful.
Hi Karen. I like those Tupperware spoons. Just a few days ago, I was remembering how people used to have Tupperware parties and you could get all kinds of handy things for the kitchen and now you never hear of them. I should look up what happened to that company. So glad you could walk, even though it snowed. You and Ken have a Happy Valentine's Day tomorrow. See you again soon!
A nice day. 🙂
The snow sure does look pretty and I'm glad you were able to walk outside.
Your spoons today look very familiar :)
Thanks for answering my question.
Love your snow photos, it's very warm here today at 28C.
wow, more snow. There were a few stray flurries last night here but nothing that stuck to the ground. Love that last picture. The blue really stands out.
Your snow looks pretty. We had an inch or so and it melted quickly.
Pretty view of the sky! Take care, have a wonderful day!
Oh, I saw your comment on my blog saying it's snowing again where you are. Your photos of it are lovely. Aren't you tired of it, Karen? Well, that happens with a lot of things... we just have to deal with them, even if they're annoying. It helps us get creative and patient. Um... at least I hope so for myself.
I'm going for a quick walk to the village now. It's really gloomy here in the Netherlands today, drizzling, but I'll go out anyway. Oh, and I'm curious what cup or mug you're using for your tea or coffee today. Does it have flowers on it? Or...
Have a nice new day, Karen.
A walk in winter snow is a wonderful experience, to be repeated as often as possible.
Beautiful.
