Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

No Walk

It was one of those days that I didn't get outside to walk.
Woke up a little later than usual and had to be back home at 7:45 so just not enough time.
Had to leave the house at 8:15 to get to church for another Fingerprint work day.

No walking pictures from today but this is a sunrise by the pond I took earlier in the week.

A good Fingerprint work day.
12 of us worked from 9:00 until 12:30.
We got a total for the two days of 8,525 Romans books assembled, stapled, cut and boxed up.

After we were done we stopped to visit Bettye and she will be able to go to church tomorrow.  We will be picking her up and bringing her back.  She is excited to be able to get out!!
Told her you were all asking about her and she wants to THANK YOU all for the prayers.  Doctors are amazed how her recovering is coming along.  She took 100 steps in a row yesterday!!

That's all for today.
Thanks for visiting.

Even better news! The sky is gorgeous, and I see it reflected in the pond.

That's a beautiful photo!
You have gotten a lot done in the fingerprints ministry. Just think of how many people those books will reach.
I know Bettye will be so happy to be back at church!

That is great news about Bettye. Wow, you got a lot of Romans books finished this week. Nice photo. I don't think it hurts at all if you skip a day of walking every now and then. Have a good Sunday. So glad you will be able to take Bettye to church! See you again soon!

As I’ve told you many times before, you are my inspiration to walk daily and snap some photos along the way. Sometimes, when I don’t get out for the walk I think Karen might shake a finger at me. So, thanks for giving a little bit of slack, when you don’t get out for a walk. 😊 High marks for the picture of sunrise! John
