A surprisingly mild temperature of 54 degrees this morning.
Cloudy but supposed to rain so wore my rain clothes.
The first 4 1/2 miles was just cloudy and I was thinking I didn't
need my rain clothes at all.
No sooner thought that and it started to rain, not hard but
enough that I would have gotten wet.
Good thing I was prepared.
Walked 6 miles
Found a penny
Sunrise 7:25
Went to the post office first and dropped the Christmas cards
I wrote yesterday down the slot.
Walked down to the end of the road and then back over
to the two cemeteries and walked around them.
Through town and around the ball park loop a couple of times
back to the Jeep and that ended my walk.
Quiet around town and didn't see anyone else out.

We started another puzzle and this is a new one.
Thought we'd do a summer one after all the snowmen.
I like how White Mountain puzzles throws in a printed picture of the puzzle.
Once again we were off to the library.
This time to pick up another George Gently DVD.
Also picked up one of Anne Perry's Christmas books,
A Christmas Message.
Finished the first slipper for Kinsley.
One down one to go.
Ken made supper tonight and he chose to make BLT's.
Good Choice
Happy Wednesday.
Hope it was a good one.

Hi Karen. I really like that puzzle. I am hoping to finish a puzzle tonight or tomorrow. Always good to see what you are doing each day. See you again soon!
...a mild day here too. That is a wonderful looking puzzle.
Sounds like a good day - we were sunny - mid 50’s. I had my windows open all day. Worked in the house.
This is a really nice puzzle! I like the dog. And the gift suggestions are wonderful!
Maybe a summer puzzle will help you feel warm! I like it, and the printed picture too.
I think it's been a while since you found a penny. Nice!
I hope that you didn't walk in that mud very far...so slippery. A summery puzzle is very nice. Usually, summer scenes are not puzzle material now that I think of it. So few people do puzzles all year around. BLTs are always a good choice for supper. π₯ π₯¬ π = yum!
We have had a very gray, rainy week, and the rain was quite heavy at times today. My jigsaw puzzle working has fallen by the wayside! I really need to begin again! I love BLTs!
It's been foggy here since yesterday. Not real cold but fog and misty rain.
Love that puzzle. I wouldn't mind having a house on the beach.
A BLT sounds delicious. I haven't had one in ages.
Hello,
I love the milder weather! It has been foggy though. The puzzle picture is pretty. Take care, enjoy your day!
We've had our first frost this winter. Our car is covered with it.
God bless.
What a great puzzle! I'm working one right now with toys from the 70's and it's tough!
I love the gift suggestion at the end of your post :)
That is a very cute puzzle. Would love to be a guest in that beach house.
Just wanted to let you know that after your suggestion, I am reading The Victory Garden. I am almost done and can hardly put it down. Glad you mentioned it on your blog as this is a new author to me.
Wonderful gift suggestions, I like it.
It was sunny here for the first time in quite awhile.
The puzzle looks good.
Very good gift suggestions ...
All the best Jan
That's a nice puzzle. I'm pretty sure we enjoyed the George Gently series. We have a breezy snow storm happening now.
I love puzzles that include the photo, too.
Love the beach scene on that puzzle!
