Another cloudy morning walk.
40 degrees with a bit of a breeze.
Walked 6 miles
Sunrise 7:13
Walked through town and over to the Dollar General again where
I turned around and headed back through town.
Walked around both cemeteries and the ball park loop.
I think the Dollar General parking lot is going to get repaved and lined.
It has been swept clean!!
The new barn roof can be seen from the main road.
Once the corn is cut down you will be able to see all of it.
Very quiet around town on this Friday morning.
Didn't see anyone else at all walking.
Another great morning walk.

Later in the morning we saw some sun and it popped in and out
throughout the day.
Stayed cool.
Finished up the house chores and then read and knitted.
Took picture standing on the front porch.

You will laugh...I think it was after I went to bed or when I first woke up, it crossed my mind I did not tell you how pretty that tree was in yesterday's post. And love those from your porch. And how beautiful those Goldenrods are!

Wow, I am loving those fall colors. I am not sure we ever get such a brilliant red as that in your last picture. I wore a jacket for the first time yesterday, but still wore my shorter pants. It is always hard for me to get back into long ones. Yay, for October!

Beautiful photos, goldenrod is so plentiful around here too!, We dodged the tropical storm with very little damage, a tree and some debris. Have a great weekend.
