Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Sunrise, Sunset, Hymn, and Verse

 Happy Sunday

A pretty start to the day.
A reflection of the sun on fog.
Picture taken last Monday from the lower cemetery.

The ending of a day.
Pink sky from my front porch.

A hymn for Sunday

🎶 Our Great Savior 🎶

Jesus! what a Friend for sinners!
Jesus! Lover of my soul;
Friends may fail me, foes assail me,
He, my Savior, makes me whole.

Jesus! what a Strength in weakness!
Let me hide myself in Him;
Tempted, tried, and sometimes failing,
He, my strength, my vict'ry wins.

Jesus! what a Help in sorrow!
While the billows o'er me roll;
Even when my heart is breaking,
He, my Comfort, helps my soul.

Jesus! what a Guide and Keeper!
While the tempest still is high;
Storms about me, night o'er takes me.
He, my Pilot hears my cry.

Jesus! I do now receive Him,
More than all in Him I find;
He hath granted me forgiveness,
I am His, and He is mine.

Chorus

Hallelujah! what a Savior! Hallelujah! what a friend!
Saving, helping, keeping, loving,
He is with me to the end.

📖    📖    📖

 Isaiah 43:11
I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour.

A Blessed Sunday to all.

We have so many cloudy days that seeing a colouful evening sky is rare. But last evening we also had pink sky and I would have liked to take a picture but unfortunately there were dozens of electrical wires in the way.

A really nasty chest cold!!!!! -sigh-

With all the *DamnCovid*, people forget that there are still *old* bugs/etc., around. And you seem to have gotten one.

Ken still OK?

I have had awful things, and my husband didn't get them, so I'd not be surprised,if he is fine. Grateful that this happens!!!!!!

Gentle hugs,
