Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Kens Turn

49 degrees with some sun and clouds as
I walked around town this morning.
Very quiet and didn't see anyone else out walking.
Just one fisherman at the pond.

Bulls all standing up and eating this morning.

Walked around the cemeteries, the ball park and
through town.

Saw 3 different size trusses being delivered at the property where
the old house is abandoned in town.
Have no idea what the trusses are for.
Will have to watch and see.

Walked 5.5 miles
Still feel a bit tired so didn't walk all 6 miles yet.

🌸     😊    🌸

Ken didn't escape getting sick after all.
So now it's my turn to take care of him.

Did house chores around the house and then
didn't do much of anything.
Dozed off this afternoon when I was reading.

Have a happy Wednesday. 🤗
Thanks for stopping by.

Take it slow and easy! Now you need to be able to nurse Ken along to recovering! I don’t think I remember you ever being ill in all the years I’ve been following you.

Bummer that Ken caught it, too. You'll take good care of him. Glad that you are taking things a little easy—5.5 miles of easy. And a nap is always nice when recuperating.

Good to know that you're doing quite well but not so good that Ken caught the bug now. Hope he feels better soon.
Pretty phlox in that last picture. I've always liked their fragrance.

Glad you are feeling better. There is something going around here too - not Covid, but is really making people feel under the weather. I hope Ken recovers quickly. I know you are taking good care of him. See you again soon!

I know you will take good care of Ken and I hope it won't be long until he is feeling better and you, too, are 100% again.
