Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Hi There πŸ˜ƒ

I was going to start blogging on Monday but then didn't because
I really did want to wait until it was spring weather!!
But if I wait until then I might not blog again till June. πŸ™‚

We have had some beautiful sunny spring weather but it didn't last.
Flower pictures were taken along a walk.
Ducks are at the pond by the library in Grantsville.

This month we've had 3 more snowy days and one freezing rain.
Monday was another freezing rain day

and then on Tuesday it was another snowy day.
Picture taken out the back door in the morning.
Through the day we got about 3 inches of snow.

I looked up the weather from previous years and we always get
snow in April so this isn't unusual for here.

Been down to see the bulls a bunch of times and they are all doing fine.

Took a walk down this short road.
Figured I'm not a vehicle so probably are allowed to walk down here.

A couple of barns at the end.

One very windy day this tree by the lower cemetery came down
and brought a bunch of wires down along with it.

I'll end this post with a few sunrise pictures I took during
the past few weeks.

Tomorrow I'll be back to my normal posts.
I've enjoyed my break but look forward to getting back to blogging again.
I've missed you all.

A happy day to you.

I've missed you too but we've noticed the cold snap and snow in that area this past week. I knew you would be out walking though and you've taken some beautiful photos! I put a train icon at the top of my blog with some links to train webcams. I know your husband loves trains and he might enjoy seeing some of these! Have a good day! A Happy day!

Hi!

Spring has been most fickle this year. I thought we would have an "early" one when the snow melted. Nope. It's been every bit as
miserable with or without snow. My corner had not had snow, but it sure is cold. Nevertheless, I am going out to rake and blow sand around. 😏

She's back!!!!!! Hooray!!!!! You are always a breath of fresh air, in Pretty Blog Land. :-)))))

I came back, a bit before you. But I'm a wee bit slow. Perhaps I'll pick up my pace. Perhaps not. It's all about doing blogging, as it feels right, to each of us.

What beautiful sunrises!

And a lot of us, have had "Last Gasps of Winter" it seems. :-) Nothin' we can do about it, so.....

Welcome back!!!!!

Gentle hugs,

The weather has been about the same here as well. Your sunrise shots are GORGEOUS!! Who and when do you think will remove the big tree? I wonder if whoever has it on their property is responsible. What sweet flowers and ducks!

Welcome back from your break. Lovely photos and the Sunrise shots are glorious. We've had some fickle Spring weather here, too, with snow showers and freezing temps. Today we are getting a good bout of rain. Happy day to you!

It's been such a crazy spring. You gotten so many beautiful shots of the different scenes you've had in your area. Hope the snow is behind you soon. We've had wind, wind, wind! It would rain and then the wind would dry everything up. Still getting enough to green things up, but I'm tired of the drying winds! Hoping it's also behind us. That jet stream has been brutal the last few weeks. Glad you're back, Karen! πŸ€—

It's nice to see that you're back. I hope you had a pleasant break. I'm amazed that you can blog every single day. For myself even every 2 days is a bit of a struggle some weeks.
The weather continues to be strange all across North America ( maybe even further afield). We never know what's coming next. That must have been a strong wind to bring down that tree. Scary.
Beautiful sunrise photos.

Hi Karen. I am so glad you are back. I missed your posts. You have some great pictures in this post. We had some lovely warm, spring-like days this week, but another big rain/snow storm is coming this weekend. The mountains may get another 12-24 inches! It is always great to hear what is going on with you. You and Ken have a good weekend.

So glad that you enjoyed your break.
Your pictures are very pretty.
Those winds have done a number all around the country it seems...we too lost big trees in our little town.

Welcome back!
