Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Another Garden Shed

When I walked this morning it was 50 degrees
with a bit of fog around, but after a while the sun chased the fog away
and it was a beautiful sunny day.

Walked up the hill to the school and around up there a bit
and then walked back down to town.

Back in town I walked up and down the main road and around
the ball park loop.

John was out walking and Sheila and her daughter were running.

Pretty quiet around town early on a Saturday morning.

Walked 6 miles

Garden Shed Number 12

🌼    🌼

Seemed like a good morning for French toast for breakfast.

After breakfast it was outside to gather more rocks
and we did three loads before lunch.

Did one more load after lunch and we are just about finished.
One more load should do it.
Then a few finishing touches and the Island Project will be done!
It actually took less time that I thought.

Rest of the afternoon was a restful one.

Thanks so much for stopping by.
Hope your Saturday was a happy one. 🙂

Nothing really special about this picture.
I just liked how all the colors together looked together.

Victor - Believe me there is not much traffic on that road.  I go for minutes at a time without even seeing a car.  It has very wide shoulders too so it is pretty safe to walk there.  It is more dangerous walking on the curvy country roads.

Hi Karen. I like the shed you have pictured today. It looks like a shed should. So glad you are almost finished with the island project. Have a good Sunday and I will stop by again tomorrow.

I've managed to stay consistent in my daily walking. Not going very far, but at least I'm out and going! Thank you for your posting. It keeps me inspired.

The garden shed appears built into a slope.
