Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Last Puzzle

It's been in the mid 30's all day so a little more melting is going on.
We did have a few snow showers and saw the sun for a bit but
mostly it was a cloudy day.

Walked around out back making paths all around the place in the snow.

That's me sitting in the snow.
(Ken took it without me knowing)

We finished the last puzzle of the season today.
I'm puzzled out.
1000 piece puzzle of our state of Maryland.

We live in the north west corner of the state right there by the arrow.

Did a few chores around the house, knitted, and read.

That's it for today.
A happy day to you.
Thanks for stopping by.

Beside - You got it a bit wrong. πŸ™‚The lane on the right gets passed up and we go down the hill and around the curve which leads to another road and we turn left. That takes us to the main road and a left turn takes us to town.

Nice tracks in the snow! That is a great puzzle to finish up the puzzle season with. I'm still working on the Owl one. Our snow is mostly gone but we are going to get a bit more later this week. Have a good evening.

That is a neat puzzle.

Our temperatures today were around the freezing mark, but it'll be dropping significantly towards the end of the work week.

You're tired of puzzles? Well, you completed a lot! Well done! You look cold sitting on the snow bank, Karen.

That's a cool puzzle. I wonder if there is one like that for every state. I haven't done a puzzle since last summer. I had such good intentions this winter, but it hasn't happened. Glad you are thawing out just a bit. See you again tomorrow.

Reminds me of the game we played in the snow "duck, duck, goose".

You sure had a lot of snows. Our snow is almost gone...some of the deeper drifts are still there but really shrinking...and there are piles beside the road where it was plowed. The sun is shining and supposed to reach 50 today...was in the 40 yesterday.

How cool to see your town on the puzzle. It looks like it would be a fairly quick trip to two neighboring states. I've been working on a snowy puzzle for much too long. I have vowed to be done by the end of February.

That's a great puzzle, thanks for sharing it. Now that spring is just around the corner there will be lots to do outside that will keep you busy. I couldn't believe you where sitting on a snowbank . . . it makes me freeze just looking at you, LOL
Have a wonderful day.
Connie :)

Puzzle season comes to an end! You'll have to get some new ones for next season or do the same ones again. My sister lives in Catonville which is near Baltimore.

That's a neat puzzle. If I knew how to do an arrow like you did I could point out that Wood Duck.
