Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

The sunny days continue

42 degrees and clear when I drove to town and once the sun
rose at 7:07 it was sunny.

Enjoyed my walk around town once again.
Walked all over the place and around all my usual loops.

Walked a ways up Sale Barn Road and back again.

Said Good Morning to the old gentleman who walks to the bakery
each Wednesday for his fresh baked donuts.

Farmer Marvin's, son, I think his name is Austin was down fixing the
gate where the little horse escaped a few days ago.

Usually a car or two will pass by me at a time as I walk along
but today I counted 11 cars all in a row pass by.
That's a lot for here.

Walking back here to the Jeep and a drive home.

 Walked 6.1 miles

☀️     🙂     ☀️

Got a few house chores done in the morning.

Today was another nice sunny one but the wind did kick up a bit.
Puttered about outside because it was too nice to stay inside.
We drove the ATV around Happy Trails a bit too.

That's it for today.
Thanks for visiting.
A happy Wednesday to you.

Nice photos from your walk. 11 cars is traffic where you live? :) Sounds like a good day.

Wonder why your town was so busy today!

I absolutely love that photo of the Goldenrod....I have seen a few really great pics this year, but I think that is one of the very best. Looks like it was a good morning for a walk.

Well that's a deep thought. Never have tried that question. That's a snazzy red jeep. How happy are you with it? 😁

Hi Karen- Nice to see the Apples on the tree- so fresh they are straight of the tree. Regards. KEV.

Love the yelliw lining the road, the dazzling red of the apples, your jeep. You live in paradise!...eleven cars considered a "rush hour". Here where I live 11 cars is unheard of...more like 1100 cars.

Hello,

Pretty images from your walk, I like the goldenrod. The yellow looks so pretty. Your Jeep looks nice sitting near the pond. Happy Thursday, enjoy your day!

Beautiful apples. Ours have all been taken off the tree by now.

God bless.

The apples look nice and ready to eat. The little pond where you parked your car is very pretty and looks peaceful. Sunrise here was 7:23.

I was going to ask about the yellow flowers but I see another blogger has identified them
Sunrise here was at 7:01 today. Lots of rain and we got soaked when we walked in spite of rain jackets.
