Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Coloring and Fingerprints

🌱     🌱
47 degrees and cloudy when I headed out this morning on my walk.
Walked all over town on no particular route.

Rebeca was out walking with her cute little white dog.
The state trooper was at the edge of town giving speeders tickets.

It is slow going with the building at the car dealers but this is the progress so far.
Passed by these cute garden ornaments in a yard that made me smile.
It stayed cloudy for all of my walk but at least I didn't get rained on.
Walked 6.2 miles
🌾     🌾
Ken went up to Happy Trails right after breakfast and I stayed home
to get some house cleaning done.

Posting a little early today.
Having an early supper today because in a little while I'm leaving
to walk over to the library for the first day of the coloring group I signed up for.
This should be fun and I am looking forward to going and seeing who else will show up. They supply everything and we don'thave to bring a thing.
It meets 5-6:30 but I have to leave a few minutes
early because Ken will be picking me up so we can go to church.

After the service some of us will be staying to get started with Fingerprints.
The scriptures we picked up yesterday are again in Spanish but have a
different cover and these will be going to Panama and have special covers.

Tonight starts a Fingerprint Marathon where we hope to get all 20,000
Romans books assembled cut and packed in boxes.
Probably will just be there an hour or so tonight and then tomorrow and
Friday will be working the whole day from 9:00
in the morning till 9 in the evening.  People can come and go as they have time.

Ken has made a chart where we will be able to keep track of our
progress.  Not that good of a picture but you can see the boxes we will color in
as we get them done.  Maybe I'll get the job of coloring in the boxes. 😊
Each box to color in represents a box of 420 completed Romans books in it and ready to be sent to Panama.
I'll have to get up early the next couple of days to get my walk in before we leave
and don't know if I'll have time to post but I'll give it a try.
 Life is Good
A happy day to you.

You sure work hard on that Fingerprints project!

I wish you well in the marathon of assembling these books. Many people will be blessed as they receive the Scriptures,at least a portion of it, in their own language.

Hello, you and Ken are hard workers! The yard ornaments are cute. Your clematis looks like mine, very pretty. Your ice cream flavors sound delicious. Happy Thursday, have a great day!

The garden ornaments made me smile too :).
I hope they had a good turnout for the coloring session and that you enjoyed it.
You and Ken will be very deserving of that ice cream after all of your work on the book assembly at church. It seems that you all have a very organized system in place.
Thanks for sharing your ice cream flavors. They sound yummy. Enjoy!

Seeing the chart blank makes one appreciate those colored in boxes.

I wonder where you will walk when you move up to Happy Trails? Will you still come down to town do you think?
