Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Snow

 ☃     ☃     ☃     ☃
Remember that nice spring picture yesterday of the curved fence with the forsythia?
Well I took a picture in the same spot this morning.  What a difference a day makes.  Yesterday spring, today back to winter.
22 degrees this morning and very windy.  Icy too so my walk was a short one of only 3.5 miles.

It's been cold but the snow stopped and the sun came out and I took this picture in the car on the way to church.
✝     ✝     ✝     ✝
A new memory verse today at church for us to learn during the month of April.  This is an easy one and one I already know.

Bless the Lord, O my soul,
And all that is within me,
bless his holy name.
Psalms 103:1

This was the cover on our bulletin at church this morning. : )
A blessed Sunday to you all.
Jesus Loves You.

How fast the weather can change! Hopefully it won't last long and your spring will return.

I know how confusing snow can be this time of year! Good for you, getting out to walk half your distance!

We really don't want to see the snow right now,but that curved fence still makes a beautiful picture.

Oh, my goodness. I can't believe the change from one day to the next. I've never gotten out and walked in weather like that....I'd fall and break a bone...you're so dedicated. 3.5 miles is still a long walk in that kind of weather. Beautiful pics, though.

Well it is beautiful, one can't deny that, but you are doing very well not to sputter over it, which is what I will be sorely tempted to do if it lands here in the morning. (Yes, it is expected and we have been forewarned.) Good thing is that it can't last long!

That is a dramatic difference in one day. I think I like the forsythia photo best at this time of year, but hopefully your snow won't hang around too long.
The cover on your church bulletin is so sweet and so true too.

A day can sure make a difference especially with weather, our weather is up and down too, thankful no snow, just freeing temps. at night predicted 3 day this weeks, just enough to hurt our tender vegetation! Hopefully we all will soon have warm temps. that last.Your photos are always so pretty!
Blessings,
Sue

Hello, it seems like spring has disappeared. At the the wind has died down today. Love the scenic views and photos. Happy Monday, enjoy your new week!

Crazy mixed up weather! Still, I enjoyed looking at it in your lovely scenes! I love reminding myself of Psalm 103 and the comfort of knowing God pities us as a Father would his children.

Wow! More snow! Looks very picturesque but I'm guessing you are probably over it now.

Oh no! Not snow! Our weatherman dared to use the "S" word in our forecast, but it's not likely to stick around. Love your "Small Prayer" from your bulletin.

I see from your post the other day that the snow didn't hang around too long.
