Good Morning
☀ ☀ ☀ ☀
I thought I'd have a walking partner this morning but David was sound asleep when I left. Tried to wake him but he didn't move. Reminded me of trying to get him up for school. : )It was 36 degrees and I watched a beautiful sunrise. Walked around town, down the main road towards HT and then back to town, around the cemeteries and ball park.
When leaving the ball park the man who runs around it 5 times was just getting there in his car.
I walked 5.4 miles.
☀ ☀ ☀ ☀
Ken and David left for Lowe's to get the sliding glass doors for the cabin and then went right up to HT and installed it. Sure was nice having David here to help because it was really heavy and I don't think I would have been much help. While they were doing that I made a trip to the store to replenish our food supply which was getting mighty low. David's favorite meal is Tuna Casserole so I had to get the ingredients to make that as well. : )
David is a walker too only he can walk circles around me!! He is off on a walk right now, so thought I quick get a post out.
Well, I'm off to get some things done and make that casserole.
Hope you're have a super day.
happyone : )
God is now serving scoops of orange and raspberry
sherbet on the horizon. What a beautiful sunrise.

Wow, what a gorgeous photo!
I can't believe anybody can walk circles around you. I took a walk this afternoon and was thinking how it was a mere fraction of what you walk every day. My hat is off to you and David.
Enjoy your tuna noodle casserole.
Your photo today is gorgeous, Karen! Carroll and I are going to take our walk in a bit. He's working on some frames for some of his wood crafts right now. :) Tuna casserole was always one of my favorite things my mom would make. Carroll likes the taste of it, but for some reason it just doesn't sit well with his system.
Have a great evening, my friend!
Wow, lovely sunrise. I am glad your son is there to help out at HT. I am sure things are moving right along. Tuna Casserole sounds yummy. Enjoy your day!
How cute that his favorite meal is tuna casserole! I loved my mom's TC, too!
What a lovely day. You must be delighted to have your son home. I don't think I've have tuna casserole before. It sounds delicious :)
Nothing like a hot Tuna Casserole and some biscuits.
That is a stunning photo!
So glad you got in a good visit with David! Nice surprise! MJ
What a gorgeous picture! It was truly an orange and raspberry sunrise! So happy that you have a tuna casserole underway!:) Reminds me of myself when the "girls" come home. Hubby always likes to have help with those heavy chores, too!
cool picture
Hi Karen, how wonderful your son surprised you and Ken with a visit! Beautiful photo of the sunrise. We are tending to walk later in the morning these last few weeks although we did walk early this morning and the sunrise was lovely.
Enjoy your visit!
Sounds like a wonderful day.. time spent with your son is golden :)
Tuna casserole sounds good. I wish that someone besides me {in our house} liked it!
