Dropped a book in the book drop at the library and then walked the farm loop.
Pretty quiet out at the farms.
They got the roof on the barn. A modern looking barn. I prefer the older ones. : )
I smelled the skunk first and then coming up over a rise in the road I saw it, or what was left of it. He wasn't fast enough crossing the road.
Walked up and down two of the hills behind my house to get in that last mile. Stopped to talk to Lisa who was walking up the hill to her house.
I walked 6 miles - 11,290 steps.

When I got home Ken had already left for Happy Trail. I was going to go to the Produce Market this morning but got busy around the house and never made it out.Ken came home for lunch and went back to HT afterwards. He is cleaning and tidying up the tractor shed. I opted to stay home and read. I read out in the swing for a while and then just sat there swinging with the leaves falling around me. : ) What a pleasant afternoon I had. There is something to be said for just doing nothing!!
Hope your having a pleasant day too.

What a nice relaxing day! I love it! Someday, I'm going to have a day like that (I hope), but it won't be today. Leaving town for a few days, but will see you when we get back!
Oh I agree! It is important to have time to just enjoy the beauty.
I love the nice warm days that feel like summer! Enjoy your weekend! Hugs!
What a lovely way to spend the day - a good way to "recharge."
Have a good evening!
It sounds like a perfect day to me. I wouldn't want to do that everyday, but many times during a hectic and stressful work day, I wish I could be home, sitting on our screened porch, and reading a book!
Yeah, how about this summer weather? Not good timing with my half marathon tomorrow. They are not much fun in the heat.
Sounds like a GREAT Day!
I think it's close to 90° here. Too warm for this time of year! Glad to hear of the progress at HT. Love your Fall display! Miss you!
I meant to say, I really like that quote from Stephenson. I've wondered where that came from.
