Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Sunday

No walk this morning.  Looks like ice could be hiding under the thin layer of snow.

O Lord, You alone are my hope.
I've trusted You, O Lord, from childhood.
Yes, You have been with me from birth;
From my mothers womb You have cared for me.
No wonder I am always praising You.

Psalm 71:5-6
A blessed day to you my friends.

Very prudent! I am going to share this scripture with a friend whose mom passed away at 105 yesterday.

Beautiful verse! Definitely better to be safe than sorry with the ice.

What a wonderful scripture to remember throughout the week. Hope you get to walk tomorrow. I know you miss it when you can't, but better safe than sorry.
