Each morning when I open my eyes I say to myself;
I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today.
I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn’t arrived yet.
I have just one day, today, and I’m going to be happy in it.
~Groucho Marx

This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

Psalm 100

Psalm 100
Make a joyful shout to the Lord, all you lands.
Serve the Lord with gladness.
Come before His presence with singing.
Know that the Lord, He is God;
It is He who has made us,
and not we ourselves.
Enter in His gates with thanksgiving,
and into His courts with praise.
Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.
For the Lord is good;
His mercy everlasting,
and His truth endures to all generations.

I had nice Sunday morning walk down to the Font Hill Wetland park and around the little pond there.  It is a small place, only 9 tenths of a mile but a good turning around spot before heading back home.  I walked 6.8 miles.

In a little while I'm off to church, ready to make some joyful shouts to the Lord.  :-)

Have blessed Sunday.
Happyone :-)
