This morning I did my routine house chores, my exercise DVD and then went outside to shovel. Finished up around 1:00 and came inside to have some lunch. I made French toast for breakfast and for lunch I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I think my shoulders are going to be sore tomorrow, I can already feel them from the shoveling!
I'm done doing work for the day and the rest of the afternoon I will be sitting down and doing my usual knitting or reading.
Yesterday we decided that tonight we would go out for pizza and I'm really looking forward to it.
That's about it for today.
Till next time......
Have a happy day.
A smile from me to you.

Oh yes, your shoulders will likely be sore tomorrow with all that shoveling! We on the west side know what that is like too! Beautiful pictures. You and Ken have such fun times planned together. Isn't it wonderful to be able to spend cherished time with your spouse? Mike and I painted our kitchen together last night!
I am so happy to read the good news about your Mum :)
Yes shoveling snow is good exercise.
A winter wonderland picture! The temperature is dropping here though the beauty of snow gets outweighed by the thought of the cost of the oil for heating and the inconvenience of the water freezing up and having to drive over the snow and ice so I'm not sure if I want snow or not. Might as well be positive and enjoy it if it does come.
We did alot of shoveling as well. The snow was very heavy. We were out for about 2 hours. But when I cam in I wanted to take a nap. But the car is free of snow and tomorrow we will do all or running around.
What a beautiful picture. Shoveling for 2 1/2 hours and an exercise video...yes, you will probably be sore tomorrow. It feels good though, to get the heart pumping. :)
Winter wonderland. Shoveling snow for 2 1/2 hours is more work than walking, I would think.
Stay warm and watch for ice.
Haven't been doing any shoveling -- our neighbor with a snow blower got out there before we could! So nice of him!
I'm not supposed to shovel anymore - I'm not sorry. You need some Arnica for muscle aches.
Very pretty! Even if it stops your walks. :-) But you certainly got exercise!
May I ask? You show pics out your back door. And it's obviously a second floor door. So is your condo, on the second floor, perhaps? The whole of it? I can't figure out any other way, that your back door, would be high up.
Yes, I am so nosy. But I have been wondering this, for some time. And just now, let myself ask! So I get a 'gold star' for waiting, anyway. :-)
Hugs and ♥'s...
'Cause Valentine Day is coming!
Now I know who to call the next time our driveway needs to be shoveled. It looks as if you got a very pretty snowfall.
