Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

My Lamp

 2 Samuel 22:29,31
O Lord, You are my lamp.
The Lord lights up my darkness.
He is a shield for all who look to
Him for protection.

It was 33 degrees this morning when I left and 28 when I got back home.  Seems to me that the temperature is going in the WRONG direction!  I walked around the lake and was surprised to see about a dozen people there on an early Sunday morning.  The fox was out again, and I also saw another Robin and a deer.
I walked just over 6 miles.

It's time to have some breakfast and then get ready to go to church.
Have a blessed day my friends.
Start your day by thanking God for all your blessings and your day will be a happy one.
Happyone :-)

The weather has been fine here as well.. although the cold has taken a backseat, the winds have been terrible... they are so strong and cold...

As to the temp falling, early in the day... Seems that it does that, in cold weather, sometimes. Like sort-of-right-before or at sunrise, it will get a bit colder... Have you ever noticed that?

Sorry to mention sadness, but have you seen Dear Vee's post of today, Sun.?

Hugs & ♥'s...
'Cause Valentine Day is coming!

You really inspire me friend! I am going to do my best to take better care of myself this year and you are my inspiration to take the time to do this. Sorry that you received that ugly comment--and that is just what it was--ugly and unkind. I know that our time is coming to have that happen. Sad that there are some unhappy people out there who have nothing better to do than share their misery in such an unkind way! I think your sharing of your life is lovely and meaningful and we can only pray that person finds some happiness in their own life so they don't spew their own unhappiness on others.
Hope you have a lovely week and I'll be checking in!
