I got up just a little bit earlier than normal and was out the door walking at 6:10. I walked the connect the path route around the neighborhoods. Along the first path I came across four deer. Didn't take a picture because it was too dark. At the end of the path I saw a fox and that was it for the wildlife. Not many people out either and one of the people I saw was not a happy person this morning. I saw a young couple walking up the sidewalk walking their dog. As they approached I smiled and said Good Morning. He said Good Morning back and she just stared at me. I know I shouldn't have said anything but I said, you don't look very happy. She looked me in the eye and said **** You! I said Whoa with a kind of smirk on my face and just kept on walking. I hope her day turned out a bit better than the start of it!!
Except for that little incident I had a very nice early morning walk of 6.5 miles.
We had a pancake breakfast and then left to go to the RV show at the Timonium Fairgrounds. No plans to buy any but just thought it would be fun to walk around and look. They had everything from little pop ups to huge bus type ones. I got a lot of extra steps in today there!!
We went to a pub near the fairgrounds for lunch and then headed back home. We went the long way for a little ride.
Went out again and did a few errands around town.
We have a movie called The Stepfather we got from Netflix. We will watch that later and have some ice cream.
The weather here today was beautiful. Temperatures in the 70's with lots of sunshine.
Hope all is well in your world this Saturday.

Some people are not happy unless they can inflict hurt on someone....I'm sorry you were in her line of fire. That young lady (and I use the term very loosely in her case) has an awful lot to learn and sadly she will learn it the hard way. Keep smiling.
I had a similar experience yesterday. I was taking my mom to the bank and I parked my car next to other cars in the lot. In openning the door, I tapped the woman's car beside me. I immediately appologized, assured her her car was OK, she became immediately angry, looked at my car calling her an "old heap", I turned back to her and apologized again. She continued on - her car was new and she was eating her lunch in it - parked in the middle of a busy lot, and was just as angry as she could be. I finally walked away - since I had left my mom on the curb where she was waiting for me. I tried to not let it upset me. I was upset that she called my dear Maxima, Maxine, an old heap! When I got home I went for a walk. That helped.
It was a gorgeous day!
You showed graciousness by just saying "Whoa"! I might have added a 'thank you'! Hard to know what to say in that case!! :) Glad it didn't affect the rest of your day.
oh Karen... I am sorry.. that was a rude thing to do... but i do know that she would feel bad about it later when she realises... I hope you have a good day ahead for the weekend... :-)
Oh wow...she was wearing her cranky pants backwards. I think it's pretty cool that you were there because I know that you will pray for that young woman. She sounds as if she's in desperate need of prayer.
Well, who knows what was going on in her world? Like they say, don't criticize a person until you've walked a mile in their shoes. That way, you'll be a mile away and they'll be shoeless. Isn't this weather lately in the eastern USA great? Art
