Life is Good : )

When I made waffles the other day I had three extras so I put them in a baggie in the refrigerator for three future breakfasts. Then I just pop one in the toaster to heat it up. I add a little icing sugar on top and it satisfies my sweet tooth. I don't eat it with a fork but just pick it up. It kind of reminds me of a donut. A glass of milk (skim), a piece of fruit and I'm set until lunch time.

I made Pumpkin Bread this morning for tomorrow. It's nice that the recipe is for three loaves because I get to freeze two of them. While I was in the kitchen I listened to more of the audio book Great Expectations by Charles Dickens. It's one that I own and was a gift from my daughter. I've been listening to it for a long time. It's a long book and I only listen to it if I'm in the kitchen.

I spent the day at home again. Did a little work, knitting and reading. I was going to wash my very dirty car but never got around to it. It is so dirty that I won't drive it anywhere until I wash it first. The day ended up windy and a few rain showers.

We will watch another episode of Oz tonight and eat some ice cream. Then I'll probably read.
