Yesterday it rained all day long and today is a cloudy day but at least the rain has stopped. I saw a small accident involving one lone car this morning while walking. I heard a strange sound, looked around and saw that a half a block away where I just walked a mere 20 seconds ago some woman forgot to turn the steering while going around the curve in the road and ran up over the sidewalk. She wasn't hurt and got out of her car still talking on her cell phone!!! This was 7 in the morning with no other cars in sight.
I just finished baking some chocolate chip cookies that I'm bringing to Cheryl's Christmas Party later on. House smells good!!
We ate a late lunch and will skip supper so we will be nice and hungry for the party.
It should be fun and we both are really looking forward to it.
A Happy Saturday to you all.

Have fun at the party. (Assuming that Cheryl is going to get her tablecloth on the table and the table set in time. I just visited her blog real quick. She sounds so much like me!)
Cell phones. Bah! Don't get me started.
Later...
I'm sure it's going to be a great party - wish I was there. Take some pictures for us!
Sounds like a fun event tonight, enjoy. Glad the car got to point A after you did. Cell phones and cars mix like oil and water.
I hope you had a great party :)
have fun!!!
Give her a hug for me!
Have fun at the party.
I'm surprised that there are not more accidents caused by cell phones. I'm glad you were out of the way!
The cell phone thing really angers me! What was so darn important?
Enjoyed seeing you and meeting Ken tonight. Hope to see you soon.
I'm glad you were not to close to the mobile phone woman, here in the UK it is illegal to use the phone when driving and you can lose your driving licence for it.BW Goosey
Yummy ... chocolate chip cookies!!! *grins*
Those cell phones cause many accidents.
I don't know why but I always have to try two or three times before I can get into your blog.
But anyway...wanted to wish you a Merry Christmas!
