I got my morning routine done, did a little more changing things around and cleaning done around the house and then read.
Then I took off my boots and put on my walking shoes. Went to the post office and then walked around town and got in another 2 1/2 miles so had my 6 mile walk in two parts today.
I thought this mailbox was kind of cute even though it is a bit faded. The snow on the top of it fits right in.
I made Baked Ziti for supper and while it was in the oven baking I finished reading 311 Pelican Court by Debbie Macomber. That was the third book in the Cedar Cove series. I have the next one out of the library too but before I read that I'm going to read The Girl You Left Behind by JoJo Moyes which is the book club selection for March. We will have our usual evening at home. A little television, a snack, and I'll make a few more weave-it squares. Maybe I'll read a little more too.
Hope your day was sunny and bright. Life is Good.

Three Things That Made Me Smile Today
- Feeling the sunshine on my face this afternoon
- Coming across the mailbox in the above picture
- Seeing a stack of books to read on my end table

You beat us for snow today. We had snow squalls. It was so strange. Out the bay window, it was snowing like crazy. Out the kitchen window, there was no snow falling at all. We got a kick out of it. You are nothing if not tenacious!
Yay for having a chance to walk outside! We love Baked Ziti! Yum!
Love that blue sky and those puffy clouds :)
You are such a dedicated walker! i am so happy you got to walk outdoors today.
Baked Ziti sounds good!
I like that mailbox too! Your relaxing evening at home sounds just perfect! See you tomorrow!
I do like that mailbox - I can't quite tell what's on the post though?
That beautiful blue sky with the contrasting snow - love it!!
I like snow, but come on! Enough is enough! :^) You must be so ready for spring. I am and our winter is a shadow of yours. I am going hiking Sunday and will be interested in seeing if there is snow in the mountains or not. Art
I can always come by and visit with you, leave encouraged, and motivated! Your dedication to walking, your positive thoughts and beautiful photos always inspire me, thanks for sharing.

Well, we have now gotten several inches of snow. I know I'm in the minority about it, but I love it! I hope all is well with you. As usual, I am enjoying your pictures.
I don't know how you survive that much snow and go walking in it! Kudos to you
