Gnome Garden

I forgot to post my calendar picture for May yesterday
so here it is a day late.
It's the calendar I got for free at the lumber yard in town.

🌸    🌸

Walking weather this morning was windy, cloudy, and 60 degrees.
Pretty nice walking weather.

Walked around both of the cemeteries first.

These signs were all around the town pond this morning.
Looks like tomorrow morning is fish with a cop day.

I walked down the road towards home for about a 1/2 mile or so
and then turned around and came back to town.

Headed over to the post office to mail a birthday card.

Spotted this gnome garden on the way.
This is a new addition to their yard because I haven't seen it before.
It is the biggest one I've ever seen!
I spent a little time looking at it up close.

From the gnome garden I went to the ball park and walked around
there before going back to the Jeep and home.

I saw John out walking Prim.
Stopped to talk because haven't seen John in many months.
He's just been walking at different times.

Also saw a new person walking around the ball park.
She was on the other side so couldn't talk to her but we did wave.
Maybe I'll see her again.
The other new people I've seen lately have never come back.

Here is this Fridays engraved gravestone. (3)

☁️    🙂    🥾

We made a trip to the dump.
Ken had cleaned out some stuff in the garage so we had a pick-up truck load.

When we got back I stayed outside and worked out back.
I put deadfall and weeds on one of the natural fences out back.

Then I filled the tractor bucket with rocks.

The rocks this time are for a path I'm making and want to line it with rocks.
After a couple of hours of that I was ready to quit and sit on the porch and read.

Hope your Friday was a good one.
We had homemade pizza for supper so it was a very good one.🍕
Thanks for visiting.

Ginny - No, the picture from yesterday of the sunrise was NOT taken out back of my house.  I was in the lower cemetery looking at the long barn.

  11. The gnome garden reminded me of this restaurant we frequent which has a fairy garden out in the front of it. Both are sweet. Janice
