I'm reading about Richard III & the princes in the tower right now - I love english history.

I'm guessing that's a monarch. They breed in the trees around our place every year and I just noticed that thier back last week. Of course I know nothing about Viceroy's so take that for what it's worth.Bradhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08680462833188999331noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7583216711420632803.post-10693324914936066602009-08-11T16:00:02.440-04:002009-08-11T16:00:02.440-04:00The butterfly picture is very pretty. I picked it up and thought of you.

Your afghan squares are lovely. Sounds like you kept yourself very busy, as always! I was so happy to get all that rain last night. I didn't know we were expecting a storm but wasn't surprised after all the heat we had. I felt sorry for all the outdoor workers.

Happy Tuesday!Cherylhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09605292489556502765noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7583216711420632803.post-29218416529593229702009-08-11T09:26:41.439-04:002009-08-11T09:26:41.439-04:00I'm afraid I can't help you with the butte...I'm afraid I can't help you with the butterfly identification, but the picture is certainly a wonderful one. That's the downside to being one of the first homes finished. Nice that the workers are being courteous and considerate of the residents.

Your afghan squares are pretty. I have similar ones (but done on a small loom) that my dad started to make me in 1991 but he passed away before he could finish it. I've studied the patterns but as yet haven't tried to finish it. Maybe this winter I'll be more inclined to give it a try.

Hope you get some relief from the humidity.Lindyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08914467564292313727noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7583216711420632803.post-26197410089986649762009-08-11T01:47:11.044-04:002009-08-11T01:47:11.044-04:00oh so nice to be here, as always! the butterfly p...oh so nice to be here, as always! the butterfly photo is fascinating - love butterflies! and your afghans are a beauty, such talent, ma'am, as you have, is rare these days. glad for the little rain, too! we had a power failure shortly before i went to work, oh my! glad the rest of your night went well...i just love your posts, always so calming...cheriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00298789006491189094noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7583216711420632803.post-39533436774631577652009-08-11T01:11:36.844-04:002009-08-11T01:11:36.844-04:00hi...thanks for dropping by..followed you so I can...hi...thanks for dropping by..followed you so I can easily hop in here. nice entries , cool....butterflies, scenery etc...I like them all...

have a nice day.vhingFhttp://vhingsphoto-ideas.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7583216711420632803.post-67323291059931323512009-08-10T21:47:19.161-04:002009-08-10T21:47:19.161-04:00Not to worry. Sometimes just sharing time and a wee chat can be pleasant - but knowing you, whatever you do, it will be fun!

I haven't watch TV much lately but by the sounds of it, I'm missing a lot of good shows. Maybe I'll rest in front of the TV tonight and just relax.

I'm happy to hear that the workers are being nice to you. It must be hard on them too. You're a very considerate person.

I think we sent you that thunderstorm from up north. :) Last night the skies were bright with non-stop lightening. I agree that the rain is much needed. It will definitely cool things down a little!

Your afghan samplers are beautiful. I wish I had your creative talent. Who knows, I may take it up again if I can remember how! Hehehe

Have a wonderful night, happyone and an even better tomorrow!

Hugssss, SusanSusanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04828446398677256936noreply@blogger.com
