Is that 1/2 of a 24 ounce jar or 24 ounces of mince meat? Mind you I am not a baker, but the recipe looked easy for such an unskilled baker like myself! I was at the grocery store today and was going to buy a jar and after not finding any anywhere the manager told me they were unable to get it in stock this year. Imagine that. I happen to have a jar in the pantry and it is a 27 ounce jar. It was for a pie I never made! <br /><br />Hope you are not laughing too hard!
